7 mm. 06 Mashburn; (.285 OKH); 7-06

 

Oggi questa cartuccia chiamata in vari modi è divenuta la .280 Remington (7mm. Exp.Rem.). Da segnalare la particolarità della .285 OKH che veniva caricata con due polveri diverse e innescate attraverso un lungo tubo innescante inserito dalla base verso il colletto, l'accensione cosi avveniva al contrario delle classiche cartucce, cioè dal davanti. Sistema troppo macchinoso per i ricaricatori, fu presto abbandonato. Per queste cartucce riferirsi alle tabelle del .280 Rem.
